libhunspell.dll 改造版 h-tom

この libhunspell.dll は、オリジナル版から、以下の関数を追加した改造版です。
* LIBHUNSPELL_DLL_EXPORTED int hunspell_add_dic(Hunspell *pMS, char *dict_file)
* LIBHUNSPELL_DLL_EXPORTED const char * hunspell_getversion(Hunspell *pMS);
win_apiにある、hunspelldll.h/hunspelldll.c を変更しています。

変更箇所は、hunspell-1.5.4-20170421.diff を参照して下さい。

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express Edition でdllを作成しているため、
Windows Vista 以降で動作します。
64bit dllは、Windows 10 で動作確認しています。
(Windows 7/8 は環境がないので未確認です。)
